COOPERATIVE LEARNING

Hi friends! I watched the videos of Kagan 's Cooperative Learning Structures.The video it shows how the class is organized based on the Kagan S tructures .I think this is an useful teaching method.Small teams of students work together towards learning goal.The main aims of this approach are:creating cooperative relationships between learners,building team spirit,critical thinking,communication skills.The crucial thing of this approach is student -centered learning .So,teacher provides instruction,then sets students to work in team.The teachers should use the Kagan 's structures because is helpful method for students.It can prepare students for successing in life.To conclude with W.E.B Du Bois an American author,saying that teaching must not simply teach work,it must teach life.
